St.Mary’s ITI started in the year 1985 and committed to provide quality technical education to rural candidates. St.Mary’s ITI is well equipped with classrooms, Workshops, Labs and other environments.
We have the state of the art campus having good classrooms, prayer hall, workshops, labs and other learning environments that inculcate students to learn quickly.
We are equipped & specialized with different trades like Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic( Motor Vehicle), Mechanic Diesel. Each trade has different classrooms, workshops and labs.
What is ITI ?
ಜಾಗತೀಕರಣ, ಆಧುನೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೀಕರಣಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ದೇಶದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ತರಬೇತಿದಾರರಿಂದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೆಲಸ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ.
ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನುರಿತ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರನ್ನು ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸುವ ಏಕೈಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಐಟಿಐ. ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಐಟಿಐ ತರಬೇತುದಾರರೇ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆದ ಅಥವಾ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕೇತರರಿಗೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳಿವೆ. ಐಟಿಐ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವವರು ಇತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಮುಗಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಈ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ದತ್ತು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಉದ್ಯಮವು ಅದರ 75% ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಾದ ಐಟಿಐ ಪ್ರಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬದುಕುಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Courses we Offer
All the Trades in St. Mary’s ITI are Affiliated to NCVT , Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation of Govt. of India and the Institution is also recognized by Govt. of Karnataka.
The Trainees who successfully complete their course will be issued with National Trade Certificate ( NTC) from Govt. of India.
ITI is the only course where Certificate is provided by Govt. of India which valid around the Globe.
Electrical
Duration - 2 Years | Min. Qualification : SSLC Pass
Age Limit : 14 – 40 Years.
Work as a wireman in both Domestic& Industrial sectors. Work as a technician in various public & private Industries.
Fitter
Duration - 2 Years | Min. Qualification : SSLC Pass
Age Limit : 14 – 40 Years.
Work as a technician in an industry. C.N.C. operators where machines run in aid of computers
MMV (Mechanic Motor Vehicle)
Duration - 2 Years | Min. Qualification : SSLC Pass
Age Limit : 14 – 40 Years.
The Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) course is a popular engineering trade under the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) system. It is designed to provide hands-on technical expertise in the repair and maintenance of automobiles, ranging from two-wheelers to heavy commercial vehicles
M.D - Mechanic Diesel
Duration - 1 Years | Min. Qualification : SSLC Pass
Age Limit : 14 – 40 Years.
The ITI Mechanic Diesel course is a popular one-year vocational training program focused on the repair, maintenance, and operation of diesel engines. It is designed to provide hands-on technical skills for working with heavy vehicles, power generators, and industrial machinery.

St.Marys ITI is run by the Governing council of Catholic Education Society of Udupi Dioces(CESU) presided by Bishop very Rev. Dr. Gerold Islac Lobo and under the management of Mother of sorrow’s Church , Udupi.
